A trickle of endorsements are labeled as Bloom Retirement Holdings, AAG\u2019s post-close entity, including this month\u2019s 49 loans. Altogether Bloom has been credited with 486 endorsements. FAR had a particularly strong month endorsing 808 loans, its highest since July of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>HUD\u2019s July Endorsement Snapshot Report was just released on its website.
