Endorsement count rebounded back to 2,392 loans in October, an 11% increase over September’s volume. It is the second best month for the year, as monthly endorsement count has been hovering at approximately 2,200 loans a month.
HUD’s September Endorsement Snapshot Report was just released, showing trailing 12 months FAR as most active originator, Longbridge as most active wholesale sponsor, and Atlantic Avenue Mortgage as most active wholesale originator.
